Default Turbo HOT side pipeing

2004 gto, ls1 stock cubes.

Crossover is going infront of motor between engine and radiator. would 2" pipe be sufficient? opinions plz. it probably wont be more then 2.5 feet long or so, three at the very most.

I would do 2.5". When you merge them to a T4 flange, they fit NICE, trust me.

its more of a question of, "will it be ok" to use 2" for the crossover, see, the gto has ZERO room betweeen the radiator and serpentine belts. so anything that i can save, as far as space, would be great. thanks for the info though.

You can use 2". To be technical, you can use whatever size you want. Just going to suck to fab up a reducer from the T4 to 2" pipes.

yeah i know it is, im going to see what i can do to make 2.5 fit. i was curious is using 2 vs. 2.5 would be a bad thing for exhaust flow. and back preassure. or what. right on. im going to look tonight and see what i can fit in there.
