Default Ive got problems, pushrods welded to lifters only on intake side, help!

Well i pull the top down on the motor this morning planning on putting new valve springs on because I thought it was floating the valves, after pulling the rocker arms off i tried to pull the pushrods our just to check them and the push rods on the exhaust side came out easy, and all the push rods on the intake side are stuck, i believe they have welded theirselves to the lifters. So now im not sure even how to get the heads off with the motor still in the car so that i can check the lifters. Any one ever heard of this happening before or know why this might of happened?
