Default G8 Procharger Alignment/Balancer Wobble

Hi,
I have an irritating bird chirping under the hood unless the engine gets really hot! The alignment is a bit out - the crank pulley is closer to the engine than the rest of of the pulleys.
What would be the best way to space the crank pulley out a bit? I don't think I can bring the others in - the bracket has no spacers in places and the idler and blower pulley are pretty close to the bracket.
The crank pulley and stock damper also wobble. I heard this is a problem with the stock dampers on the G8's - anyone have any experience of this?
Is there an aftermarket damper that the procharger pulley will fit on or a complete aftermarket damper with blower belt drive that is recommended or could this be an install issue?

Are you sure the crank bolt is torqued to spec? Bob

Hi Bob,
Yep - I remember the mission it was of getting it to the torque spec. Only really tightened up the 8 bolts holding the lobes to prevent it turning after though - maybe this somehow threw it out?
