Default what kind of power curve can I expect?

Im doing a stock 5.3 with stock cam,
vic jr intake with 4bbl throttle body, 1000cfm
t70 turbo with .68ar
corvette manifolds and 2.5" to turbo
3" dumped downpipe total length of 2 feet
3" coldside

no intercooler, but have water/meth injection

plan to drive on the street or race 1/8 mile
4.10 gears
car weighs 3200lbs with driver

where can I expect boost to start, and where should I expect power to drop off? I guess Im kinda nervous that the power will drop too early, like at 4500rpms???

also, what kind of power would you expect this combo to make at 9psi then at 16 psi?

Go with the .96 housing, the .68 will make it spool crazy fast and will get stopped up in the higher RPMs. With a .96 housing I would expect you to be topping out the turbo in mid-upper 5k RPM range.

As far as the # questions go, are you going through a th400?

1badls1 has pretty much the same setup as you and is running 15psi through a th400. I believe he put down like 550 with a slipping converter.

ok, Im switching to e85 and trying to figure out if my current injectors will handle a stock 5.3 on 9psi boost.

I need to know ballpark power figures for a 5.3 at 9psi

thanks

Why only 9 psi? With e85 you can run more than that! Probably 500ish @ 9 psi. You also have to remember if you go e85 you need to redo alot of the fuel system and also take into account you need to dump 25% or so more e85 than gas.

at 500hp, I think the 42lb injectors would be at the limit but still able to handle it. I dont think it'll do anymore than that.

I plan to run a lot more, but I need to do a lot of supporting mods first so Im just going to run the 9psi for now till I iron out all the suspension and braking issues

dont I just have to change the tune to add more fuel? I didnt think it was any more involved than that

My setup is a 5.3/ls6 cam/ls6 intake/60# injectors (at 92% duty cycle)/dual intank walbros/MP T70 .96ar/317 heads/th400/9" im pushing 17psi/15*/11.5afr and am guessing im making around 630-650hp to the wheels.... on 91 octane pump gas no meth!

The last time i was on the dyno i had a stock 4l60E and a vig3600 with cracked hub pushing a 9" at 14psi... it made 528hp and 491tq.

Now that i have a tranny/converter that will hold up to the power the car runs alot stronger!

Here are dyno sheets of the dyno's when i had the stock 4l60E and vig3600 with cracked hun:
