Default Boost valvetrain question...

I will be building a 370cu in, 317 heads, Victor Jr, LT's, D1SC, ~8 psi, etc.

I am going with the EPP blower cam (232/240 .595"/.608" 115). I have Patriot Extreme .660 springs and TFS chromemoly pr's. I have a buddy with a Comp 13755 LS1 roller rocker kit, NIB. The rocker ratio is 1.75 which will put my new lift at .613"/.626".

I want to get feedback on going with this Comp kit...
1) How does it rank against Yella Terra's and other roller rocker kits?
2) Are the Comp Magnum rockers too heavy?
3) Will the new, higher lift be too much for my springs?

How much power you looking 4? I run the stock rockers on mine. I dont know how well the comps would work.

Well I want to get close to 700rwhp. Just wondering if those rockers would be a good "insurance" mod...

Hell that can be done on stock rockers. I guess it comes down to personal preferance. But I would put that money elsewhere in the build.

This I know, but I don't want the stock rockers to fail. And I considered a trunion upgrade...but then why not actually get full roller rockers, see where I'm going. I just want to know if there were any drawbacks to going with the Comps over a Yella Terra.
