Default '63 Nova Turbo Build - Input Wanted

I’m looking for input on a new turbo build. The car will primarily be street driven, but not daily.

Currently Have:
’63 Chevy Nova, approximately 3000lbs w/ driver, Powerglide, Ford 9” w/ Locker & 4:11’s
347 LS1, Forged Pistons w/ -2cc valve reliefs, ARP Rod Bolts & Head Studs (~9:1 compression)
317 6.0L Heads w/ LS2 Valve Springs, MLS Head Gaskets
LS9 ZR1 Camshaft (211/230, .562/.558)
LS6 Intake Manifold w/ ported throttle Body
MagnaFuel Pump, Boost Reference FPR & Nasty Rails. -10 Feed & -8 Return
’98 PCM, 80lb Siemens High Impedance injectors
TC78 Turbo w/ 1.15 AR, JGS 50 Wastegate, VA Speed Stainless Turbo Headers

Still Need:
1. Intercooler and BOV
2. Tune (Speed Density?)
3. Cross Over Pipe, Down Pipe & Intercooler Piping
4. Gears & Convertor?
5. Meth Injection?
6. Boost Controller?

Questions:
1. The Powerglide hasn’t been too bad on the street w/ 4:11’s & 26” tires, but I’m thinking I will probably want a rear gear in the 3.0-3.55 range. Will I be better off running a 3 speed Turbo 400 or staying with the glide? I’m concerned that a 3.0 gear w/ 2 speed will be a dog on the street, but the car is traction “challenged”.
2. Assuming a 26-28” tire, what gear would be best w/ a 2 speed? Best gear w/ a 3 speed?
3. Several vendors have recommended “Frost” for a mail order tune. Will a mail order tune get me close to optimized, or am I better off trailering the car to a local tuner w/ dyno?
4. With a ’98 PCM, is 2 bar speed density tune the way to go?
5. Any tuner or fabricator recommendations in the Orange County, CA area? Feel free to PM if the person is not a sponsor.

More questions to follow, Any & All input appreciated!
Thanks, Scott

you definitely need to bring the car to be tuned, a mail order tune shouldn't even be considered for a boosted motor

I have a Scott's Hotrods front clip (basically an Alston knockoff). Lots more room than factory. I can post some pics if you are interested.

Is your brother's Nova running?

I figured mail order sounded too good to be true, anyone have a tuner recommendation in the Orange County area?
