i have done it, but you have to do a little clearancing.
i have it running between the engine stand and the block with the ac removed.
had to do a little clearincing on the ac mounts, motor mount stand and the bracket that holds the steering rack.

i dont know if it is much different than a stock k-member... but i got a 4" downpipe through my stock k-member with solid motor mounts if that helps
