Default Blew out my Percys aluminum header gaskets

Should I go back to the stock GM gaskets? Between the dyno/driving I probably have 25 wot pulls. Then started noticing an exhaust leak.

I found the aluminum around one of the cylinders was completely gone and you can see the black exahaust on the head.

Are aluminum gaskets not the way to go? They are probably much weaker in a boosted application. Just a pain if I have to buy new gaskets everytime, I feel like I take the headers off twice a day.

Outlawz have you taken your headers off in 4 years?? Or just reuse them...

Also you're always on top of my threads.

Gm gaskets without a doubt. I'd take some worn out Gm gaskets over anything aftermarket.

I ran mac mids on my turbo set up, blew a hole in them, using the same gaskets and some copperspray i put my manafolds back on same gaskets, Then when I switch heads, I used the same gaskets and copper spray. The whole process is over 4 years.

I spend most of my time in school and my shop so during class i browes tech lol!

Another vote for GM MLS gaskets. I use them on all my builds.
