The classic answer is after the MAF and before the IAT sensor. The big question is how much methanol you plan on spraying. Too much methanol sprayed before the IAT can actually clog the sensor and give wrong readings( much lower than actual ). If you are in that situation, buy a better intercooler to lower IAT readings or spray after the IAT sensor and accept the fact your will have a race tune.
