2lbs of boost less????
I had my car dyno tuned back in the spring and it made 615/561 @5200, was going lean so never got to make a full pull also was making 11 lbs of boost with a 3.6" pulley, swapped pulley to a 3.85" and now I am making 9#s. How much less power estimated would I be making now???

It is hard to make a guess on your horsepower but it sounds like you haven't had the car retuned, which you really need to do to make sure the air/fuel ratio at max rpm is around 11.5/1. Bob

Bob,
your right I havent and I know I need too I was going lean before around 5200 and since have backed down the boost and dont pull the car past 5k at most because I know the stock tach has some variation to it. I have to finish installing my second pump and head back for a retune. The only reason I was kinda curious is because I was playing with my buddy on the way home from getting his mustang tuned('00 gt with bolt ons and a d1 @11#s of boost, made 399/351 on a mustang dyno)I was rolling next to him in 4th and rolled on it he down shifted from 5th to 4th and pulled about a half car and stayed there until about the top of my gear I started realing him back in a bit. Wasnt the outcome I expected at all so it made me kind of curious. It just gave me the extra push I needed to get my stuff finished up and get back for a retune.

Agree if you leave your rpm limit at 5200. If you figure you have enough fuel to run it up higher because of the smaller pulley (less boost/power), the difference would be less. If you have the valve train to run it up to 6500 or 7K, there might be little if any difference as long as the fuel delivery is adequate. .
