How much boost with these pulleys??

Crank pulley is 8 1/4" and the supercharger pulley is 3 1/2 --- currently running 10psi on a vortech t trim 383 lt1. 2 questions 1) how much boost can I run on these pulleys max??? 2) What size pulley do I need or change to make 15-18psi
