Default Worth it to ditch the ls1 for the ls6??

I just ordered a 390ci FI short block from a sponsor here on tech. And I am shopping for a few things I need. I've already got the ls1 intake. Do you guys think its worth it to ditch it and go with the ls6? I really dont have a specific power goal in mind, only that I want it to be efficient, and make what it should make for the mods I have. To get an idea, I am thinking a pt88 for the turbo, or possibly go the sc route. I just wanted to get a good foundation in the car for any future plans. I've already got 317's, dual walbros, and 60lb inj. Do you guys think this would be a wise upgrade? Or should I use the money else where?
