I am building a 5.3 turbo motor with a T-76 turbo for my 63 Nova Gasser. I already have two cams and was wondering which one would work best. I have a 04 Z06 cam from my vet or I have a 228/234 .59x/.59x 114+4. This will be my first turbo LS based motor. Which one would you guys choose? Thanks for the help.

i just put a 232/234 111+2 cam in my 5.3 but Im intending to turn it north of 7000rpms.

I would go with the 228/234 cam. based on what Ive seen, it will wake up that 5.3 a bunch

I was going to use the 228/234 cam but a lot of people have said the Z06 cam will work better. I feel like the bigger cam will work better but I know things don't always work like that. Keep the opinions coming. Thanks

What are the specs on an 04 Vette cam? If you could sell the vette cam or the other cam you could go with a dedicated boost cam if you wanted....just a thought.
