Default I want more! Procharge sbc?

I have a built 383 with 10.5 SCR that made 561 on the engine dyno. Well, I want more! I was thinking about a D1sc at 6-7 psi. Can I do this safely on 93 pump? I do have a good sized solid roller to bleed some pressure and efficient aluminum heads.

6" rod 383, forged short block
AFR 210 Elims. 10.5 SCR
Ed Rpm air gap, ported
Comp solid roller, 252/258 600/600 110
Pro systems carb

Would I need to run meth injection?

your cam cannot change your compression ratio. As far as running low boost you should be fine providing that you run 93 octane fuel with a decent intercooler.

You can easily run 8 psi with your compression ratio, the carb helps to cool down the inlet air temps and you won't need methanol injection. Give me a call for a great price for your SBC. Bob

The intake manifold becomes a wet manifold with a carb, and the fuel going through it drops the inlet air temps. Bob
