Default Engine components/specs for forged LS2(stock crank) build?

Well, its time to forge the short block. Im going with the WISECO 4.005" pistons with -11cc dish, eagle H beams with arp 2000 bolts, main studs and reusing my head studs along with standard MLS gaskets. I pulled my engine apart today after a summer of over heated and boosting the hell out of it and its in absolute great shape(surprisingly).

Now for this build I plan on running my 88mm on 18-20psi on race gas and meth and 10-15psi normally on pump and meth.(I was running 10-15 this year on the stock block) I will be using the 317 heads so the compression with the -11cc pistons should be nice and low. I will be running the stock crank and my same 228/228 cam. Im having the block line honed for the main studs and torque plated when bored/honed. I only plan on revving the engine to 6500rpms or so. With that being said I have a few questions...

1. Which bearing set should I go with?

2. Are the Wiseco coated pistons with steel top/napier 2nd pistons good for what I want to do?

3. What ring gap should I run? This is going to be a daily driver and I plan on beating the **** out of it on a daily basis haha.

...just any other advice you guys could give me speaking from experience. Thanks.

oh and which oil pump should I run that will maintain decent pressure with the addition of an oil cooler? Right now with the stock pump I was seeing around 20psi with just the turbo and im guessing with an oil cooler it would drop even more.

i have the same piston/rings sitting in my basement waiting to go in, ring gap shoot for .0007 for every inch of bore 28/29 thou ring gap i put the second ring 2/3 thou bigger, if you plan on running this engine year after year not tearing it apart every winter to ring/bearing it I would put the armor coated bearings threw out, they are very pricey but damn near indestructible
