Extra Thick MLS Head Gaskets

Extra Thick MLS Head Gaskets
I was playing around with some compression numbers for my upcoming FI build and I found a huge range in MLS gasket thicknesses. They range from around .03 to .120. I was thinking about using something around .07 for a compressed thickness to give me a static compression around 9.5:1. Then I started thinking (maybe that was my problem). Does the intake manifold start to have sealing problems when the head gasket gets that thick (.12) or can you compensate with thicker O-rings on the intake manifold?

not to dig too much but was thinking about the same lines but a little less radical.
im wanting to run 243 heads on my stock for now 5.7 for boosted purposes and was wondrering abuot cometics Head Gasket with this spec. about how much would this drop the compression with my stock ls1 as of right now:
cometics gasket info:
Bore : 4.190"
Material : MLS-5
Thickness : .060"
or
Bore : 3.910"
Material : MLS-5
Thickness : .066"
Im reading that the stock ls1 gasket is .051 right? givin gthe stock ls1 a 10.1 CR. the LS6 has a 10.5 which im trying to stay away from. would this .60 be a good canidate for keeping CR low but not too low?
