best solution, stock style return system on ls swap
alright guys, i have done a few LQ truck motor swaps in cars, nice that they are almost all return style and easy to swap in older cars, internal regulator, feed and return work great. even rising rate in boost.
i have a fairmont i am swapping. and the truck intake does not clear the stock hood, my options are cut up the hood, or use this ls1 intake i have...
problem with these ls1 cars is the rails are not return, now it seems like the truck rail fits on these intakes, but it is very high, and will hit the hood line...
i can cut the crossover and put rubber line across, and it might fit...
at the same point i was trying to find a solution to make this easily return...
any options you guys have found?
