When I was pulling my head studs out of my old block, one of the small 8mm studs ended up getting stuck in the block, and the allen head stripped. I finally said f'it and pulled it out with a pair of pliars and f'd up the threads.

So I need to get a replacement stud, but don't know if anyone sells them individually. Is this something I need to call ARP directly to get?

All I need is just the stud, the nut and washer are fine.

I have never had a prob getting single pieces direct from ARP. Just call em up and tell em what you need.
