Default stock vvt cam and forced induvtion

Hey guys. My tuner says if i put a magnacharger on my truck (6.2) ill need to "tune out" the vvt....how the hell does that work? So the real problem is im looking at buying a camaro ls3 and it already has a magnacharger and dynatech headers on it. They say its stock cam so im wondering if this is true or how i can tell before buying? Or should i even pay 40000 canadian for a 2010 that has a blower and 40k kms on it haha thanks guys!

I would find a different tuner, VVT lets you have your cake and eat it too.
