Default Slipage, belt wrap vs tension???

Question for you S/C guys. I'm working on a customers 95 corvette with a 383 and a P1SC that is pulleyed for about 9 psi on the stock 6 rib settup. This kit uses the factory spring loaded tensioner and causing some good slip, only seeing about 5 psi. I know there are expensive ways to get rid of the slipage but I'm trying to come up with something more simple since its not a crazy race setup, just a street car. My question is, how significant do you think 30 degrees more belt wrap on the blower pulley would be? I can fairly easily add an idler pulley to create the added wrap. Thanks for any help.
