Default Recommended gear ratio? (FI related)

I'm looking the the right gear for my setup and my options suck.

Primarily a street car - looking for the right gear for those nice highway pulls...

SC300 chassis, 4.8, 76GTS, 4L80e, FTI 3600, 25-26" tires. Shifting at 6700-6800

Currently at a horrible 4.27 rear gear. My options are a 3.27, 3.76, and 3.92.

While 3.76 is probably the best all around - its hardest to find and most expensive.

Thoughts?

Thanks!
David

Yeah, the 3.76 would be my choice, next would be the 3.27s. Not perfect, but better than the 3.92s.

Straight for the 3.27... none of the others id even consider.

3.27 with a 26 inch tire will run out nice with that trans.... does the FTI converter retain the lockup capability?

3.27 will work perfect with either the 25" or 26" tire.
