Lifters for stock turbo?

For all you stock engine turbo guys, are you installing new lifters when you swap camshafts? Or are you just reusing the ones from the high mileage engine?

I will be running the LS7 lifters in mine. With 140k on my bottom end, it's cheap insurance, while the heads are off.
