I'm running a 370 with 317 and 10.2:1 with a single tv8301 80mm t6 1.39ar was thinking of intercooler or if I even need one I also have a small shot as well but won't be using it all the time. Ill be running 12-16psi primarily and 20psi if I feel comfortable when need be. I will have meth and be running 93oct, opinions or experience please speak up thanks again .

I don't run and intercooler but I run E85. NO WAY I would run pump gas even with meth and NO INTERCOOLER! E85 and Alky runs so cool you don't really need it.

IMHO, 12 to 14 psi I think you will be ok. 20 psi is def doable spraying a decent amout of alky (alky is your friend) but 10.2 cr on 93, you may need to be very conservative on timing. If you can run an intercooler, I say do it and give your self a cushion and run Alky and then not worry. If not, then I'd say maybe step up to a little higher octane to be totally safe when on 16-20psi. Take baby steps when adding boost over 16 and read the plugs for detination to be certain where you are. Your biggest problem with no intercooler is going to be higher than desirable IAT temps for 93.

Thanks for info fellas id like to do e85 but here in Missouri e85 seems too inconsistent to run I can run intercooler but dont know if it would do any good I dot have much room but I suppose something is better than nothing

Where in Missouri? I live in Sikeston, Mo. Yes, the E85 is a little inconsistent but it is close enough for a tune unless you are bracket racing. I tune mine on E85 and then when they add more gas to the mixture my car just runs a little fatter. I don't care though because that is usually the time of year I am not racing anyways.

I fill my car up at any of the E85 pumps, don't run an intercooler. I just took of my AIS water /meth injection also. My IAT's even without the meth injection never broke 200 degrees and that was at 25lbs of boost. I am not is considered a reasonable IAT but so far the car is been holding together just fine. If E85 was available I would run it.

Desoto,mo .we had one guy blew up his 441 on motor from switching from one to a different station since his was closed. Could just be coincidental but idk that's all he did and blew same night. Also I bought 96lb injectors idk if that will be enough or not
