Im using 80lbers at 43.5 and 93lbers at 58. But im on pump gas at 700rw. For e85 id imagine you could use 80lb at 43.5psi.

80 's would be plenty that's what my fairmont has. .But My vette has 65's with 670 to the wheels and no problems.

Depends on dyno... 80's with a base of 58psi only got to upper 500's on a E85 5.3 setup on 12psi S475 going through a TH400 and a sloppy convertor.... numbers are hard to compare though just because of the sloppy convertor. Either way this particular setup has used up all of the 80's at 12psi with base pressure of 58psi and running a magnafuel pump with boost referenced magnafuel regulator and stable pressure of 70psi (58+12)while in boost. This was also commanding a modest .78 lambda.

My old 6.0/TC78/4l60 with 3200 yank used up 80s at 12-14lbs in my 3900lb gto. Base was 59psi and 1:1 regulator. I maxed them out easy on E85.
