Default 3" tail pipes support power? (fox)

I have a 93 Cobra clone and absolutely want to run tail pipes... So i am getting a set of 3" tail pipes. my question is what HP do you think these will support? I just got my new turbo s480r t6 with 5" outlet, What im thinking is reduce it to 4" run it through a muffler at some point and then split it from the 4" to the dual 3 "..... My goal is 1000whp. Also if this is a issue id run a electric cutout, but id like to know if anyone has any experience with doing this or something like this setup?

Ive ran a twin turbo 427 past 1000whp with 3" pipes out the back with Kooks mufflers. You wont have an issue.

Run the 5" downpipe to the kmember, install an electric cutout....then reduce it to whatever you want. That way youll get absolutely all the power your making as well as quiet when you want it.

Thanks for the replies, thats what i was thinking do the cutout at 5" then reduce it to 4" and run single 4" back near the rear then split it to the tail pipes
