VTC3 out the fender exhaust idle clip

My friend just got his car back together with the new setup, junkyard LQ4, BW S475, VTC3 cam and the exhaust coming out of the driver's side fender. Still needs a couple things and then a tune and it'll hit the road/track.

What dipstick did you use?
What manifold on the passenger side?
What oil pan?

I know this is completely off subject but what instrument cluster is that? Looks to be 4th gen f-body.

Correct, out of a Camaro. He got the idea from a friend of ours who has the same cluster in his 88 LS1 Dodge Ram.
