Why don't you call the man who makes them? He would know better than anyone.

How do you call someone again?

Is it a street car? Drag car? A 76mm turbo is also very vague. A tc76 and a s476 will require a different cam.

What did he recommend? You're running the 68mm turbine?

Stage 2 cam is what I'm going with. I talked to my tuner about it ! I'm going to see if I can get it ordered along with lifters and trays before I head out of town Thursday .

Stage 2 is perfectly fine with that turbine, but that's about as much overlap as I'd like to see utilized with that specific turbine wheel.

Martin,

What do you think of the stage 2 turbo cam combo in a 05 lq4 with stock 317 heads and a tc76 (possibly going larger if I max out the turbo)? A4 with a 3500 stall and 28" tire and 3.89 9"

Guys, do all yourselves a favor and give Martin a call/PM/email about your specific combo. They off the shelf grinds are good, no doubt, but it isn't just about the cam and turbo...

The intake, converter, gear, tire, intended use all have just as big a part. It isn't much more for him to get you dialed up on THE cam for your combo....as long as you stick to your plan...haha. He can get it dialed up for you and out the door in a few days. It is worth it!

Dan,

With the TC76 it would be a great match with the LS1 Stage 2 Turbo Camshaft. I really need to have our web guy change the description of the stage 2 cam as it is really intended and designed for a TC76 type turbo and not the larger turbine turbos listed.

Dave,

Thank you very much for the kind words! I have a ton of good shelf cams, but sometimes a custom cam is needed.

When did you upgrade to the T7875? I thought you still had the TC unit
