We'll, all turned out just fine. Even the supplied O-rings that bulged-out sealed, but I didn't like it. A set of -8 O-rings were much thinner and went into place nicely. I put about 100 psi of shop air and all is good.
One thing folks need to watch out for is all the burrs and edges left over. I needed to dress all the holes and wash them all out. But overall, I'm happy with the quality and would use them over.

Why buy these when you could get a set of professional products rails for 100 bucks with 3/8 npt ends.
Comes with all hardware and fittings to run it returnless or with one and adapt a 3/8 quick connect oe style line if you wanted.

im running the same rails on my 4.8 with ls1 intake
i didnt like this as well and used a thinner o ring
to me the fitment was shitty using 42lbs injectors
i shimmed the rail up a little bit(2 washers)
about 1hr run time i went to start my supra and blew a injector o ring out(my fault)
to say the least the rail is hitting the intake manifold...buying different rails down the road
