so ive had nothing but issuses after issues with this 80mm BBK intake manifold and TB, ive had the bottom plate bolts come loose/fall out on me twice, 2nd time was even after covering them in red lock tite, then while i had the intake off to fix the bottom plate bolts AGAIN i saw this, im done with this intake setup what would you guys recommanded as a intake maifold and TB set up?

btw i was only running 8PSI at this time with 10.8-11.2 A/F ratio WOT, i planned on 14-16psi so if it cant handle this set up its not going to come close to handling 14-16psi

yeah, what was wrong with the ls6 one? and damn your lucky that chunk of metal didnt tag up the inside of your cylinder wall

ls6 would work fine and is affordable, they're good to about 32-33psi before they blow the bottom out of them and there are a lot of people running 8's with them. Hi ram and pro flow xt are also good options if you want to run a larger throttle body, they would help with mid range power and are also reasonably priced for what you get.

i figured ls6 was going to be the answer so nothing wrong with it really, just was seeing if there was something alittle better for FI for just alittle more cost or somethin, like the edlebrock jr with elbow or something
