Default timing and water/meth on gas

the car im getting is on gas and has a aem boost controller so boost is easily adjustable. It has a 6010 and has two tunes at this point one for 15* and another for 20*. The previous owner said the water comes in at 10psi and was doing 50/50 mix. He also said he has the boost set to 18psi and the timing at 20 for 110 race gas.. I feel like putting it back down to 15* but what you guys think?

I'd keep it at 15* to be safe.
