I would rather see the light when the pump(s) have power on their leg. All you are really doing with those is verifying that the hobbs switch works. Also feel like something up with your relay pin labeling hmm. but its possible i could still be sleeping.

Yeah I noticed the relay pins are mixed up. 87 goes to the component and 85&86 are the control side
