Nothing, i put 20k miles on my stock engine with 12ish boost. 4-6 lbs is peanuts. If; no when you start upping the boost i would recommend adding a meth kit to cool down intake air on a stock engine. My stock heads were 799 i was around 550 ish with 1 7/8 kooks headers and full GHL exhaust. Don't worry about 4-6lbs you can run that all day.

You shouldn't need to worry about the bottom end till you hit the 600whp mark.

Just make sure your fuel system is up for the task and the tune is on... Let her eat.

4-6 #'s really is nothing, I would start at 8 #'s and see how it goes.

Bone stock. I ran a 5.3 absolutely bone stock up to around 12psi with a Master Power 70 before issues like valve float pop up.

I have a spare water meth kit i am going to put on there. But will the 853 heads handle the compression or should i get 799 off a 5.3l
