Depends on what boost and a whole bunch of other stuff. In the low 700s is easy enough.

is that to wheels or crank hp he says that it can make 1000 to1200 at crank without intercooler I jest want to be realistic on what I'm going to build

The word "realistic" is the key here. I depends on the fuel you are going to use.
Are you going to be spraying 100% meth or is it blended with water?

A 80mm turbo will make good power but the fuel and the meth will dictate how much of that power you can safely use.

500-600 at the tire won't be to much to ask. Can you make more? Sure you can, but how realistic do you want to keep it.
Turn up the boost and your margin of safety gets smaller.

I,m starting to get parts together for this build I have a 08 5.3 block not sure witch ls1 heads I have yet, ls 6 intake truck manifolds. 500 to 600 to the wheels is ok for cruzing around town I would like to bump it up when I want too safely. with what I plan to do will that be ok or will I defiantly need a inter cooler
