harmonic balancer for truck 6.0?
I'm finishing up our turbo build and need a smaller balancer to clear the turbo oil drain in the timing cover. The engine is a 6.0 out of a 2003 escalade. The factory balancer is 8" would like something closer to 7". Is there a difference between the truck and car balancers? Any help is greatly appreciated..

The bigger the better... If it was me, id relocate the turbo drain and run the larger balancer. Seems like such a small reason to move to a smaller balancer... For whats its worth, i fit an oil drain behind the factory balancer without issue on my GTO.

When I was looking for what balancer to use on my build I had a hell of a time finding the right one for the truck accessories. I was finally able to deduce that the 2010+ camaros use the same spacing.
If you look at fluidampr/ATI I think one of them makes a smaller pulley that would work for you.
