Default what pushrods?
2001 lm7 5.3 with ls6 cam,springs. replacing the pushrods what size do I need??

I am building a similar set up. My little jon kit came with 5/16 X 7.4 long pushrods. Not saying that's what you need.....just saying.

OE length is fine... 7.4" With an OE cam and springs why do you think you need to replace the pushrods anyway?

its a turbo motor and its just one less thing to worry about.
