i just do what i think is super conservative tuneups and add in a sprinkle of meth just for insurance, i am not counting on it to help me at all, in fact i think the car will run fine without it, its just there in case the pumpgas sucks
i dont really believe in a kill tune, from what i have learned on my own, a motor will safely produce power to a point and then you are just forcing it into diminishing gains.
the combination that easily makes power is still unknown to me, as a few of these cars work great, i would love to see someone copy this setup and do the same thing.
if a car makes 20-50hp per psi and 25+hp per degree of timing over the 500whp mark i keep going. anything less than that is just pushing it for no reason IMO
thats why i like to check the track and dyno one after the other
granted ive never tuned a car so fast or powerful but all my 400-500hp turbo junkyard motor experience and tuning a turbo honda i built seems to be carrying over in the same practice
