So my gen3 lq4 hurt a ring land the last time I had it out. I have a set of ls2 takeouts I was hoping to ram in there. I know the crank should be balanced to the new rods/piston weight but how many actually do this? I'm trying to not let this snowball into a bunch of money. What have you guys gotten away with? I swear I have seen guys just swap and run with success.
