How much boost will silicone couplers and clamps hold?

You guys that say there is no issue with silicon and t-bolts up to xxxx boost numbers. If it was that easy there would be zero market for v-band clamps or the likes thereof. I mean come on......the guys at the track aren't doing it just for looks are they?
Find me a class raced car that only has silicon on the cold side at every connection.

Clamps and couplers work fine if the turbo system was not built by a potato.

Bead rollers aren't that expensive....especially if you make a kit or two every now and then. Any person or shop that builds turbos...should have a bead roller. Just another tool for the tool box that when needed, is priceless. They do sell bead rolled ends, or if someone wanted a pipe with a bead roll on it, I could make it(within reason). The co I work for sells them, or you can go buy a permanent mount one from somewhere like harbor freight, and make your own contraption. Either way, not out of reach for all of us.
V-bands are positive mount flanges, like someone mentioned you need flex between the engine/chassis/IC tubing so nothing breaks or snaps off due to twisting/binding/wheelies landing, etc... silicone humps or couplers will take up that vibration... if you are running past 80psi I would recommend a high pressure clamp.
Several companies make them....only a couple in my opinion worth buying. Recently switched from silicone to these style high pressure clamps....I honestly do not need them...total over kill but, I work on my car a lot, and these clamp designs are set up to not use any tools..so, for quick work on street or track, I can remove charge tubing without too much tools or trouble. Time is money. looking around for an 11mm driver when I can just pull a release pin...is awesome. That is the main purpose for me...cause again, silicone works totally fine at MY level. The PLUS side is, it looks sick.

We have cones/reducers(or fab co's make them as well). Like my FMIC...has 3" outlets...I just went from 3" to 4"(IC to TB) in a SHORT transition(look at top of my intercooler in pics I posted for reference) then to a 4" "dual seal clamp"

Almost. Aluminum was the only thing we offered(still a pretty new clamp) up until a month or so ago based large request from the diesel fellas(the diesel dudes are hard core boost wise) who really wanted/needed a steel one. So we right now have the option for mild steel or aluminum only. I don't think we have any stainless on the drawing board unfortunately.
