Default turbo T/A very laggy help!

2002 trans am
5.3
untouched 241's
TSP 224R cam
80lb deka's
M6
9 inch w/3.08s
unknown turbo master power NB012 .70 a/r on the side
unknown kit probably ebay
3" open dump pipe
running 14psi

I put the engine in the car but the rest of it came that way and is what I have to work with for the time being.

Problem is, it takes forever to build boost. its like waiting for Christmas. but when it finally does come on it runs real good and pulls hard. Wide open AFRs stay around 11 and high 10s. which I know is very rich.
Please take a look at my tune and log that attached and lead me in the right direction. This is my first turbo car and I know very little about tuning.
this is the tune the car came with
faze trans am 5.3 current.hpt

faze 2.hpl

The rear gearing isn't helping much, you don't get the benefit of loading the motor as much with a manual trans as you do an auto. Get the tune right and it should spool quick regardless

Boost leaks? BOV open during spool?

Gears are in the future and as far boost leaks, there are none that I can find and I've disconnected the BOV and that made no difference. Hopefully I can get this tune figured out.
