Default Swapping Rods / crank. Which bearings do you use?

I figured this was the most common place people are killing just A rod or A piston.

When swapping rods in, is it best to keep the bearing / rod assy together, or keep the crank / bearing assembly the same?

I'm sure most people would fit new bearings.

LOL waayyyyy too many sloppy mechanics in this forum to put new parts in.

Doesn't much matter at this point to me, as I'm going to be using a new (JY) engine.

those rod bearings are the same as small block chevy and are about $2 a piece. no saying you have to have them but it is cheap to tighten it up a bit.
