Default what to do with vacuum lines and evap for turbo swap?

Looks like the vacuum coming out from the back of stock intake (the one that controls hvac) will need a one way flow valve? or do you guys leave it alone?

also what about evap? if it just "pull" pressure from tank I can just put a one way valve but is it a two way?
It has a solenoid already so I need to modify it? what did you guys do to it?

lastly what are the two "black box" under the frame by the front sway bar? looks like a vacuum looking box. can those be deleated?

car is a 1998 transam max boost 15psi
