Default What size nozzles (meth injection) do you run?

I have a AIS dual nozzle kit with 18gpm nozzles. I'm new to meth injection so I'm wondering is that going to be overkill or let it eat?

It really depends on your boost/power level. Those are some very large nozzles, and to have 2 of them, my guess is that it is WAY overkill, and will not do what you are looking for, but again, you have not stated your power goals for the car.

For example, a single 10 GPM nozzle should be good for 475-600 RWHP.

To go more in depth, yes you can have too much meth sprayed. You need the appropriate nozzle setup for the power level you will be running.

I called Rodney at AIS. He said the nozzles are too big for a 50/50 mix. I would be adding too much water. He recommended a 70/30 mix or even less water to be optimal. I'm shooting for 700-750 rwhp at 15-17 lbs on my 6.0

If 700-750 is your goal, a single 15 gpm nozzle will be more than adequate. And you should be able to run 50/50 mix on that.
