Default S471 T4 vs T6 and and is required to change flange styles

1. I have a c4 corvette with a 4.8 ls packaging is becoming an issue and i would like to change my s471 t6 83mm turbo to a t4. I haven't been able to find any info regarding the heat shield when swapping housings on the site. is a t4 housing like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Borg-Warner-T4-90-A-R-Turbocharger-Turbine-Housing-83mm-74mm-/301115858480?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item461be75e30&vxp=mtr a direct swap onto my s471 83mm t6 turbo.

2. After studying many threads comparing the two i ask with my goal of 600hp later and only starting with lower boost 7psi springs maybe 10s expecting 450-500. would building headers with 1.750 primary's stepped to 1.625 and then into cone eng collectors to 2" crossover then into a cone eng merge to 2.5 into the t4 housing probalby .90 A/R possibly larger Depending on yalls recommendations. how would this compare to the same set of headers but running both 2" pipes into a divided flange and using the t6 1.10 A/R housing i currently have? I currently have two 40mm turbosmart wastegates and will be using 7psi springs until i build the 4.8. this will be in front of a t56 magnum so spool is a concern.
