what size fuel limes Feed and return
trying to see what line I should use for my motor.
Single turbo EFI 6.0 LS3 heads. 1000cc inj's target hp is around 650-700 range. I make about 450na. I have twin intank 340's and will be running E85. I've been told different things on how to do it.
1) from hat 10an to filter, out of filter then 8an to fuel rail, to 6an return (aeromotive reg)
2) from hat 10an to filter, out of filter then 6an to fuel rail, to 6an return (aeromotive reg)
3) from hat 10an to filter, out of filter then 8an to fuel rail, to 8an return (aeromotive reg)
Whats confusing I'm being told feed has to be bigger then return and some are saying feed and return need to be the same size. Or does it really not make a big deal what setup are used as mentioned above
My filter has 10an on both sides. is why I'm starting with 10an but willing to change that if its critical. thanks for any help

In all honesty, -6 AN flows enough for your goals. You could go -8 to have some room to grow.
The feed line sees more fuel which is why some say it needs to be bigger. In all honesty it doesn't, since the return side will see less pressure and therefore flow less.
Get a big roll of -8 line and do the whole thing.

I'm wondering since I have twin 340's I was going to run a y to my single fuel filter. Should I run 2 filters and then y it back to a 8an or do you guys think its ok just to have 1 filter. I was thinking maybe 2 pumps going into 1 filter might cause a back log of fuel.
