Can't believe that the belt hits the turbo support brace. Did you contact Huron speed about it?

i maxed my 80s out at a little over 850 wheel. bought new injectors and maxed my old turbo out at 955 wheel :p i dont plan on maxing anything else out anymore. the car SHOULD make 1200 wheel but man ive never even tried to make a full boost pass in it yet.

Finished up all the odds and ends and fired it up this morning, 3 cranks and it started and idled right away, only ran it for a couple minutes to check for leaks and let the wrap on the headers burn in. Need to bleed the cooling system, shut it down at 190 with the radiator still stone cold. Thermostat is a brand new SLP 160 so between that and bleeding the brakes,(one bleeder refuses to budge, have it soaking in PB blaster) its ready for the tuner.

jack the front of the car up, crack your bleeds, and fill the motor up as full as possible from the upper hose. buy one of these http://www.summitracing.com/parts/li...au4aAvJZ8P8HAQ and let it idle for 25 min. rev it every few minutes up to 2500 and that should bleed it pretty good. this is the ONE flaw ive found with LS motors. such a pain in the *** to get all the air out of them.

I'll do that, I didn't have a hard time at all when I did a 6.0 in my jeep, I think because the radiator cap was so much higher than the motor. This morning with the Trans am I was able to get almost 2 gallons in the radiator and about 1 1/2 gallons in the motor threw the upper hose.

The car is up and running well, I just received the Vibrant vacuum manifold block, and all push lock air line and fittings, as well as the Leash boost controller/bump box, those should be the last parts left to install. Its making the numbers I wanted, and is now the scariest vehicle I've ever driven. Ended up going with Deatschwerks 1000cc injectors.
The appointment for the 10 point cage and full suspension has been made. Even running it with a manual boost controller backed all the way out and 9lb springs in the gates it still spins the slicks at 70 mph.
One issue I do have is twice I have blown the charge pipe off after backing out of the throttle. The BOV is a Turbosmart Race port 50mm located midway between the inter-cooler and throttle body. My tuner thought it might be a little small for this setup. I was thinking of adding a second race port closer to the throttle body, or I still have the Procharger Big Red Race valve I can use instead. Not sure which would be the better option.

The Vibrant vacuum manifold and push lok fittings all came from Summit.
The car already went to the Dyno, that is where I had it tuned. We didn't push it very hard, at 20 lbs of boost at 6k it made 900 on slicks with a non lockup converter. We decided not to use the meth after all and just run it on c16. There is definitely more power left in the tune but I don't want to run the car on the ragged edge to squeeze even more power out of it when it is unusable now as it is. As of right now its still only driven on the street. After the cage and suspension we may look to put more power down. With this setup its starts, runs and drives around at 180-190° in 85-90° weather.
