Default heat soak messing up my ait causing to run lean..help

im curently running a SD tune (no 02's). Im having issues with under hood temps causing my intake pipe to get hot and what i think is tricking my ait sensor to think its the air is hotter then it is, causing my tune to go lean at partial throttle driving. I have a vented hood and a taurus fan running on high all the time (4000cfm i think). so there is alot of airflow going on.

is it possible to put my iat closer to the intercooler and not so close to the turbo area to correct the issue? should i leave it and correct the tune based on the iat readings? my exhaust pipes are double wrapped, so aside from relocating my entire setup i dont think there is much more i can do. only other option wold be to pull my fender liners.

any suggestions are welcome
