Looks like there is a track rental on Friday and the weather is promising. I have a few things left to do to be ready for the track (battery shut-off, new wheel studs, etc) But I fully plan on making some passes!

I am dying to know what it will turn! Feels really good right now and it's not even turned up.

Had a really good time at the track today. Made a few half track and full track passes on gate pressure which is about 18-19psi (no controller). I really wanted to play around with some suspension tricks before we went up, but I ran out of time. The car was on 100% stock suspension with a really old pair of 26x10 slicks and the stock torque converter.

Best two passes were 11.0 with horrible 60'
One trapped 125 lifting at the 1k foot, the other trapped 133 running it out back.

If I get the suspension sorted out, this thing will be deep in the 10's before I even consider turning it up!

New tires and some suspension adjustments should get you there pretty easy. What's the stock 4t80 stall rpm? Who makes a performance replacement for the Cadillac transmission?

Thanks! I dunno about expertise....more like trial and error haha.

Making a few adjustments, adding another fuel pump, tweaking some suspension and heading back to the track next Friday to bury that 10 second pass.

Not a good thing either in,the case haha. How is the rear suspension in these? Spring with separate shocks like a cobalt? People will laugh but my cobalt was cutting 1.6-1.70 60 ft times with stock suspension and a damn football inside the spring pumped up lol.
