Talking LSX B-8 VS LS3 VS LY6 for Procharger build

Been in a big debate for a long time of what engine to use for my 65 chevelle build. I want to run a Procharger D1SC on the street running pump gas, I am guessing running it at 7 pounds of boost.

But I do not have a base engine to start with. So I wanted to get some recommendations of what you guys would suggest to start with? LS3 525 crate engine, LSX B-8, or sink the same amount of $$$ into a iron truck block? they all look like they will be about 8K to build or buy.

The goals with the car are to be able to drive it every day with out problem and hopefully get around 650-700 HP at the crank.

So what do you guys think? Am I on the track with these three options? Which one will best provide good reliable power and not end up being a trailer queen but a daily driver?

I daily drive my supercharged L96. It has not skipped a beat on 12lbs. I'm not easy on it. Puts a smile on my face every day
