Questions with first turbo build
Building my first ls1 and turbo! Going 6.0 and looking for somewhere around 800wrhp he is my list so far, what do you think?
6.0 iron block all forged internals, compression ratio?
Tu1 or tu2 cam
Gm cnd heads
Truck manifolds
Precsion turbo 7675 cea, ball bearing upgrade?
Precsion turbo 64mm blow off valve?
2 precsion wastgates? There $350 each
Not sure what intake to run, injectors, throttle body.
this is my list so far, im trying to get all the parts together and then do a buil thread.
All this is going in my 86 gmc s15, s&w back halfed, willwoods and qa1's on all corners. I plan on driving this thing to the track a couple times a year and around town once in a while.

Just to add it has a ford 9" strange center with 4:33, detroit locker, strange 33 spline axles, T56 built by pat barret at level 10, ladder bars, fuel cell and battery under bed, 31 x 16.50 mickey thompson sporstmans, 2 line locks one on brakes other on clutch and both hooked up to a 2 step.

I would stick right around 10:1 for compression.
Are you using a 7675 on each truck manifold? Is that why you are asking about two wastegates? You will need two wastegates if you're using two turbos. Or a single turbo with a twin scroll exhaust housing.
But if you are using a single 7675, just use one large wastegate after the merge.
If you don't already know, Ron Sutton makes a spring kit for the Detroit locker differential that makes it lock "softer" to not upset the tires with torque. Pretty much makes it a performance car part, not a 4x4 mud-truck part. It's worth looking into, considering you will probably want to open it up to swap in some flatter gears, 323's maybe.

Thanks for reply, i will look into the spring kit. Its a pretty violent when i get on or off the gas. And 3:23 with a 31" tall tire and t56?
As far as 2 waste gates that what precision turbo said i would want to run with there 7675 cea.
Im not even sure if im going with that turbo yet, i was wanting to see what others on here have to say then im prob gonna call jose at forced inductions with a cc.
