Default Anyone know what this is? STS Turbo wiring

Anyone know what this is that melted? I have an STS rear mount turbo kit on my 2001 trans am and had the electrical wires for the oil scavenge pump melt on my header. After a new scavenge pump and turbo rebuild, the shop the car is at found this after noticing the new pump was not kicking on. STS Turbo is no longer in business so we couldn't talk to them. Any help greatly appreciated

yes, yes I do.

it is a resistor that slow down and speeds up your scavage pump to pump the oil back
